A cool trick I setup tonight. . . (not perfect, but working well)
A slideshow on your desktop of pictures from the user galleries

Part 1 (Install)

Step 1 Download & Install Adobe Air
http://get.adobe.com/air/
Step 2 Download & Install Snippage
http://snippage.gabocorp.com/
Step 3 Add snippage to your startup
Start - All Programs - Startup
This way the slideshow will be on your desktop when you restart

Part 2 (Setup)

Step 4 Run Snippage
Expand to browser view
In the browser view enter this address
http://www.strm.us/cpm3.php
Select a window around the picture (similar to cropping)
Shrink to snip view

Other settings (default should be fine)
links open in a new window
never refresh
make a new snip (Another window on the desktop)

Enjoy - Automatically changes pics from a random selection of the user galleries every 15 seconds

Mine occasionally freezes, especially when the hard drive sleeps. Not sure if this is a Windows XP thing or not but thought I'd let you know Maybe the new update will fix it.

I have had it hang on a picture a few times (win7 x64) clicking the picture and opening the window usually fixes it.. .. .. haven't had that problem in a while so maybe the update took care of it
Could also be caused by network / server problems - everything is running really slow for me today
